Craigbane Seniors were defeated on Wednesday night by a single point away
to Ballinascreen in the Division 1B League. It was all looking pretty good
for the Lily Whites as they led at Half-time 0.05 to 0-03. Straight after
the break Ballinascreen hit a blitz of 1-03 leaving Craigbane on the backfoot.
Craigbane did pull the deficit back as their opponents failed to score in
the last 15mins. With Craigbane hitting far to many wides on the night and
quite a few refereeing decisions not going their way, their come-back with
10min to go was too little too late. Final Score: Ballinascreen 1-07 Craigbane
0-09. Scorers were Gavin Conwell 0-03 (3f), Bliain Gormley 0-03 (2f) Lee
Moore 0-02 (1f) and Carlos Mc Ehinney 0-01. The Seniors now play Magherafelt
this Sunday at home. Throw in 3pm.
Craigbane Reserves play Glen away this Friday night.

Craigbane Minors were beaten for the first time at in the All County
League Division at home to Ballinascrren on Tuesday night. The Under 16.s
got beaten by Glen Maghera by 9pts last Thursday night. Glen scored 2 goals
in the last 5mins to kill the game. Congratulations goes to Michael Curran
on receiving his Vocational Schools Allstar. Craigbane host an under 8's
Blitz this Weekend. Dungiven, Claudy and Steelstown will be in attendance.
Craigbane Ladies made it 4 out of 4 win on Monday night with a
fine win over Ballerin. Final Score: Ballerin 2-10 Craigbane 6-17.
There was no Lotto Jackpot winner. The Lucky numbers were 0-03, 10, 20
and 23. The £5O Lucky Dip went to John Devine, Lisbunny. Next weeks
Jackpot now stands at £4,000.
