Craigbane seniors had two disappointing league results in the last week. They lost at home to Lavey on a score-line of 1-12 to 0-06 last tuesday night and on sunday afternoon minus Fergal Crossan and Damian Mc Laughlin they lost again to Ballymaguigan on a score-line of 1-08 to 0-07.
In the All-county under 16 league Craigbane put up a battling performance against Dungiven at home, only to run out of steam in the last 10 mins ands were beat on a score-line of 1-09 to 0-07. The Under 14's had a comfortable win over Glack in the championship.
Craigbane G.A.C would like to wish Paddy Crozier and the Derry Squad all the best for this Sunday as they prepare to take on Monaghan at Casement Park in the semi-finals of the Ulster Championship, and also to our own Lee Moore who lines out for the minors.
And finally Craigbane G.A.C would like to send their condolances to the family and friends of former All-Ireland winning manager Eamonn Coleman. He will be deeply sadly missed around the county. Mary Queen of the Gael, pray for him. |
